General Information
The DC EV charger is developed to charge the electric vehicle with high power. This product can be installed outdoor with water and dust proof ability which can achieve IP54 protection level. The product has integrated power module, charging interface, HMI, communication, energy meter into a system. With the modular design concept, the product is convenient for commissioning and maintenance. The product is a good choice for charging operators.
Main Components
The main components of the DC EV charger are power modules, monitoring system,energy meter, card reader, HMI, communication unit, charging interface, and outdoor cabinet.

u Ambient temperature range -10℃~+50℃
u Ambient humidity≤95% (at 25±5℃ ambient temperature)
u Reliable foundation without vibration, and tilt angle ≤5%
u The installation site shall be free of conductive or combustible dust, as well as corrosive gas which can damage the metal parts.
u A shelter must be needed above the EV charger to protect the EV charger from the rain drops.
Product Highlights
u EV charger consist of several high switching frequency power modules, with the current unbalance rate ≤5%. The EV charger is highly reliable and it is convenient for maintenance
u Power module has utilized LLC resonant technique, which can achieve the efficiency above 95%.
u The power module can operate with constant power mode, with wide voltage and current range.
u The power module is controlled via CAN bus with isolation.
u EV charger is developed with independent monitoring system, which can control the operation and follow the operating command from user.
u The HMI unit has been equipped with high performance ARM IC and 7inch touch screen, which can be operated with convenience.
u The control unit can communicate with the vehicle on PLC communication link to obtain the charging command and exchange the charging status.
u The EV charger has complete protection function. For AC input: over/under voltage protection, leakage protection. For DC output: over/under voltage protection, over temperature protection, over current protection, reverse connection protection, etc.
